Every time you pay for an eligible service, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. A $100 massage earns 100 points, a $150 session earns 150 points. Points are added to your guest profile after each visit, so the more you come in, the faster they build.
Each point is worth $0.05, so 20 points equal $1 in reward value. That works out to 5% back on what you spend. For example, 100 points = $5, 500 points = $25, and 1,000 points = $50 toward a future service.
Just let our front desk know you'd like to be part of the Wellness Rewards program when you book or check in. We'll make sure your visits are linked to your guest profile so your points are tracked correctly. There's no card to carry and no app to download.
No. Points have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or refunds. They're a thank-you you can put toward your next eligible service at River Oaks Thai Massage.
Points are earned on eligible services such as massage and spa treatments. Some items may not earn points, and you can't earn points on a visit paid with rewards. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, ask our team before you pay and they'll let you know.
Tell us at booking or check-in that you'd like to apply your rewards. We'll take the reward value off the price of an eligible service. Any points you don't use stay on your profile for a future visit.
